As businesses struggle to find top-quality talent as well as expand their markets, they too often overlook one important demographic: individuals with disabilities. They represent a talent pool of 14.6 million workers and a market of $490 billion in disposable income.
Accenture teamed with Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) to survey companies in the U.S. market. The results of that survey were published in the report “Getting to Equal: The Disability Inclusion Advantage.” And here are six key areas of “inclusion incentives” according to that report.
