Andrea joined BackBox as Director of Global Partners in February of 2023 to help launch and manage their Service Provider Program, helping partners improve their service offerings with BackBox solutions.  Previously Andrea served as Director of Worldwide Channels at ActivTrak, where she grew the channel partner program by more than 300 percent across all categories of solution providers, distributors, and MSPs.  Tharp has also held high profile channel and sales positions at HYCU, AlienVault (now AT&T Cybersecurity), SolarWinds, Infocyte, and Dell.
